The number of patients enrolled at this rate will be limited. It's a reward for those willing to recognize us and support us while we get started.

(2 to 3 months of subscription fees will be waived after first visit ).

$39/month billed to your account, starting 2 to 3 months after first visit.

You can stop your enrollment/subscription at at time.

No long-term or extended obligation.
