Medical Weight Loss + Sovereign Direct Primary Care Services
For a $99/month subscription fee, we are offering medical weight loss management + our core primary care services. This includes prescription management of medical weight loss but does not include the medications themselves. This "all-in-one" approach allows us to treat the "whole you" in a coordinated, balanced way. You are more than just a number on scale. In fact, the number on the scale is just a small part of what medical weight loss is about. We want to empower you to understand and control your metabolism as well as your body composition, while being mindful of your other medical conditions, values, and goal.
What it takes to enroll:
$99 registration and comprehensive first visit fee (non-refundable).
$99/month billed to your account, starting around 1 month after your first visit.
Keep your account in good standing to keep the rate.
You can stop your enrollment/subscription at at time.
No long-term or extended obligation.
Available to ages 18-64.
Must not be Medicare or Medicaid Recipient.

We will explore your insurance options, compounding pharmacy options, and other option to see what we can do to help you get the best and most affordable solution.

Weight Loss Research?

Dr. Youga is a Principal Investigator working locally (Dublin/Columbus/Reynoldsburg) for a medical/clinical research company called Centricity Research. He helps conduct phase 1, 2, and 3 clinical trials, many of which involve GLP1 - Receptor Agonists, which includes medications similar to semaglutide and tirzepatide. This reinforces Dr. Youga's ability to be on top of the latest research in weight loss and other metabolic medications. To be clear, you do not need to participate in these trials, though in some circumstances this might be an attractive option for some patients (in clinical trials, medications are free and participants are paid a stipend for their participation).
