Sovereign Direct Primary Care is a new, affordable, concierge-style primary care practice, in Dublin, Ohio. Our physician and owner, Henry J. Youga, MD, Board Certified Family Practice, is excited to accept new patients ages 18 to 64 into the practice. This is a subscription based practice which means we don't bill your insurance for the services we provide. Right now, a modest "early adopter" $39/month subscription fee is all it takes. Don't worry, we will still work with your insurance so you can use your coverage for prescriptions, labs, imaging, referrals, and diagnostics but because of the special relationship direct primary care offers, we really only work for you, on your behalf. We want you to be the sovereign of your wellness and health. Our mission is to help you to get the most out of your healthcare. Listening and collaboration is foundational to our model, and nothing does that better than direct primary care. As stated above, we are offering an early adopter rate and we will be limiting our overall practice to a select group of patients so we can focus on and enhance their care.
